  16. Just a few facts for you - no excuses, however.

  18. Tech support has recently (last week) added personal, been put under new
  19. management, and are extending work hours. The got VERY buried with the
  20. Flyer beta units, and are in the process of gearing up for LightWave.
  21.  
  22. One problem, frankly, is that many people call up to ask questions like
  23. 'How much should I charge for animation?' or 'How do I model an eagle in a
  24. barrel?' - and these non-tech support calls take up quite a bit of time.
